USER AGREEMENT

PharmaBioMedRezBlaster provides a service that is for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical instrument sales recruiters that are looking for a sales position with a real and legitimate company. You will not contact any PBM candidates for any reason other than for a bona fida career opportunity in the medical sales field.

You agree that you will not use any PBM candidate's information for any reason without the prior consent of the candidate first. You agree that the transmission of unsolicited electronic mail such as SPAM is against the policy of PBM.

PBM reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of service that PMB provides.

PBM shall not be liable for any act, direct or indirect. Incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
